He brings extensive expertise in legislation, governance, capital markets, and compliance, having previously served as Director of Regulatory Advisory at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services and at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), where he helped shape national regulatory frameworks and represented Saudi Arabia in international negotiations. He holds an MBA with Honors from Prince Sultan University and a Bachelor of Law with First-Class Honors from King Saud University, and is certified in Capital Market Examination (CME-1) and Compliance, AML & CTF (CME-2).
